Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.
Pack Your Items
Place the unused items back in their original shipping box, ensuring all lids are securely tightened and any protective inserts are in place.
Attach the Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
